Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr. went on a livestream to report a target to the Department of Homeland Security, encouraging viewers to file more reports based on information he wasn’t certain was accurate. He also targeted a minor with calls to CPS and told a chatter that his “investigators” would track down her physical address.

On June 1, 2024, D’Amato threatened a rival with deportation via lawyers and claimed federal connections, while acknowledging his audience had collected license plates in connection with “Operation Deport Danny.” He also claimed connections at TikTok to try and get the attention of influencerJessica Palmadessa.

During a May 28, 2024 YouTube stream, D’Amato repeatedly urged his audience to clip footage of an activist named Minday he described as near a possible firearm with another of his targets, Solomon, a 16-year-old protester.
