ZDT THEATER – FATS DUMBINO – WE NEED TO TALK – BUZZKILL [ZeroDarkTony] / July 17, 2026 / Rumble / v7cw9na

D’Amato restreams a dispute between Scott Hochstetter and Lindsay Villandry over “Tommy Scoville’s” sexual assault charge, then surfaces his own legal situation mid-broadcast.

Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, restreamed a heated conversation between Scott Hochstetter and Lindsay Villandry on Rumble on July 17, 2026. Partway through, D’Amato broke from the restream to describe what he characterized as an attempt to serve him with legal papers. He stated on stream that the attempt involved Tommy Scoville, who D’Amato claimed was armed and present with Aaron Smith-Levin who D’Amato refers to as “Clearwater Vulture.”

“They tried to serve me with the Vanessa papers and they couldn’t”

The Hochstetter-Villandry exchange centered on the characterization of Scoville’s criminal charge. Hochstetter disputed Villandry’s description of the charge and asked her to clarify the charge.  Villandry stated:  “It’s sexual assault, but you didn’t say that on Nora’s thing, and she didn’t correct you.” Villandry went on to explain a statutory clause applicable to the charge, adding, “I don’t give a fuck if he forced her if he was 16 and I’m not, he’s not my, I’m not his keeper, why would I care.”

D’Amato inserted his own situation and stated: “They tried to serve me with the Vanessa papers and they couldn’t. But Tommy was with Clearwater Vulture and Tommy was armed. So they tried to come to me armed. Isn’t that nice? Fucking lucky you picked the wrong door.”

D’Amato’s claim that a process server arrived accompanied by an armed individual named Tommy, whom he associates with “Clearwater Vulture,” is unverified on the face of this broadcast.

The remark “Fucking lucky you picked the wrong door” is D’Amato’s characterization of the encounter; the clip does not include any corroborating account. The broadcast establishes that D’Amato was aware of an active legal matter involving papers identified as “the Vanessa papers” and described the service attempt publicly during a live audience event with 12 chat participants.
