Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, responded on stream to an accusation from DOA, who he referred to as Scott, who D’Amato said was claiming to have grounds to sue him for swatting. D’Amato denied the accusation and confirmed he had placed a 911 call and a separate call to the California Highway Patrol regarding Scott. He also stated he was prepared to pursue discovery if Scott filed suit.

D’Amato characterized Scott’s lawsuit threat as a strategic error, arguing that civil discovery would expose evidence already in police custody. He claimed law enforcement had taken digital evidence from Scott’s phones and described what he called “a dozen clips” of Scott posting flyers about him. D’Amato stated this material would be obtainable through subpoena, adding: “Because we’ll fucking do it. So be my guest.” D’Amato also addressed the swatting allegation directly. He stated on stream, “First of all, I never swatted anybody. Second of all, when I called 911 about Scott, I called from my phone. Then I spoke with the fucking… I called the CHP thing and I talked to the sergeant.”
ZeroDarkTony denied swatting DOA on stream, confirmed calling 911 and CHP, and threatened to subpoena police-seized phone evidence if DOA pursues a lawsuit . . .
