D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, spent a substantial portion of a June 22, 2026 YouTube livestream naming individuals by handle, announcing plans to subpoena their accounts, and describing ongoing civil litigation against what he characterized as a “hate group of harassers.” The stream was framed around an anticipated court ruling. D’Amato also described conduct he attributed to third parties, including an alleged proximity-based threat against his mother by a person he identified as Jasmine.
“I’m Going to Sue Them Because They Hide”
D’Amato stated on stream that he had identified viewers in his chat whom he characterized as members of an opposing party’s audience and announced he intended to subpoena their accounts. He named handles including Jen, Sunshine, and Riddle, and stated each was “getting subpoena.” He framed the subpoenas repeatedly as a civil, not criminal, action, saying, “That’s not illegal.” He also told viewers that subpoena records would include watch-time data, stating he could establish which specific statements of his they had heard based on their viewing behavior and subsequent posts on other platforms. D’Amato described a separate incident in which a person he identified as Jasmine stated she would visit his mother, whose proximity to Jasmine’s aunt D’Amato said he was aware of. He responded directly to Jasmine on stream: “If you want to go to fucking jail, go ahead and do it.” He then stated Jasmine’s account was also being added to the subpoena list for the civil action. Later in the stream, a user appearing under the handle “kill shelter” entered the chat. D’Amato told moderators to remove the user and, after the user was banned, stated: “They’re going to get subpoenaed. So you just bought yourself a subpoena.” He then told the remaining audience that any alt account entering the chat without his noticing would also be added to his subpoena list, adding, “Or else. Okay? Which means subpoena.”
