D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, read a private message from an individual he calls “incel Johnny” aloud during his July 10, 2026 YouTube livestream, characterizing it as extortion and announcing he would present it to a judge as grounds for alternative service. D’Amato also stated on stream that the target faces an approximately 85 percent chance of arrest upon appearing in court, and described routing a process server to the target’s workplace after the target disclosed travel plans during the broadcast. D’Amato stated that a filtering system, managed by someone he refers to as “Coco,” determines which screenshots from the target reach him, noting the volume is high enough that he prefers not to see most of them. The private message he read on stream included the target’s disclosure that he would be away from home with his wife and children.
