ZeroDarkTony, also known as streamer Anthony D’Amato, may have already violated the terms of his agreement with Mindy Willens. The case, brought by Willens, centered on allegations that D’Amato subjected her and her family to nearly two years of harassment and abuse.

The first day that the court case Willens v D’Amato was reported on, by journalist Dodge Landesman (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Msje_FrtVNg), Mr. D’Amato couldn’t help but say “no comment,” yet still went on to claim he didn’t know the outcome of the deal itself.

Mr. D’Amato in fact signed the deal personally. (Proof here by an article written by Hero Light Cody) https://www.heronotzero.org/blog/zerodarktony/a-year-and-a-day-mindy-willens-v-zero-dark-tony/

Within the deal it is agreed by all parties QUOTE, SECTION 3: Neither party will post, livestream, upload, comment on, or share any content, written, spoken, visual, or AI-Genertated, which refers to either party, or the persons listed below, directly, or indirectly: By nickname, pseudonym, implication, image, voice, likeness, or other identifying traits on any platform (Including but not limited to YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Rumble, Instagram, Reddit, Odysee, Kick, Patreon and X/Twitter. Both parties must remove (Which he hasn’t) any content that violates the above.

Mr D’Amato couldn’t last a day without doing so.

QUOTE from his stream on the 27th March 2027 Titled APEX Legends l ZDT chillstream: Chilling, Ginger tears, No comment (No comment is in response to Dodge Landesman reporting on the outcome of the case)

If you watch Dodges stream, then watch the comments by ZDT’s mod Ivor Metkin1701?

Mr D’Amato’s first words ”I basically have no comment here, but…”
He then goes on to abuse Dodge, who has a right to report on a public case, via official and obtainable court papers.

Ivor refers to the court papers too saying ”Reading the crossed lines” (of the agreement between Mindy Willens and Anthony D’Amato) and then adding ”Crossed out”

Ivor then adds ”He doesn’t understand, if its crossed out it doesn’t exist legally.”

ZDT says regarding Mindy and Dodge’s names ”That name is a banned word in this chat anyway. Its a banned word. And make sure his name is a banned word too.”
Ivor responds ”Both banned words, for a long, long, time.”

ZDT then says about the outcome of the case. ”Well I’m not gonna – I don’t, know the details. Quite frankly, I just know what Dodge said at this point, and its really none of my concern here, what he says. So – Let it go.”

This claim is difficult to reconcile with the fact that he personally signed the agreement.

He then goes to further abuse Dodge Landesman.

Mr D’Amato has a history of violating court orders and in this case it seems it won’t be any exception.

Mindy stood up to her bully, and just wanted him to stop and leave her alone and her family, but if he violates the order? She could indeed take it to court because it was dismissed without prejudice.

Mr D’Amato should remember that fact.

Full summary of the stream below.

APEX Legends _ ZDT CHILLSTREAM CHILLING, GINGER TEARS, NO COMMENT [ZeroDarkTony]

On March 27, 2026, the YouTube livestreamer under the channel “ZeroDarkTony” targeted Dodge Landesman, referred to as “ginger” or “Ginger Ella,” with frequent derogatory remarks and personal insults.

At issue is a settlement agreement intended to end public attacks between the parties. The terms are explicit: no posting, no referencing, and removal of existing content. D’Amato’s immediate return to discussing the case, even reacting to Landesman’s video—while claiming “no comment”—raises questions about compliance and whether the conduct the agreement was meant to stop has, in practice, continued.

ZeroDarkTony engaged in persistent harassment, using gendered slurs and sexually explicit insults directed at Landesman. The attacks included accusations about relationships, sex work, and sexually transmitted infections, with the tone remaining consistently derogatory. While inflammatory and targeted, there was no evidence of direct physical threats or incitement in the transcript or chat.

Monetization played a supporting role. A $25 superchat from user JudyGrasso-Ransdorp appeared during the stream, signaling financial support despite the ongoing harassment and suggesting the behavior was either supported or unchallenged by viewers.

Exhibit A

Exhibit A contains footage where ZeroDarkTony states:
“Well, I’m not gonna—I don’t know the details quite frankly, I just know what Dodge said at this point and it’s really none of my concern here what he says… yeah, he’s a gossip channel.”

The clip continues with the host amplifying personal attacks and explicit insults toward Landesman. This segment illustrates both the tone and severity of language used throughout the livestream.

This segment sets the tone across the stream: harsh, targeted mockery focused on alleged activities and personal failings of Landesman. ZeroDarkTony levels unverified, salacious accusations—“who buys Mexican hookers and bearbacks them… gotta get AIDS that way”—presented as fact and aimed at humiliation and audience ridicule.

Statements like this can expose a speaker to defamation claims if they are false and damage reputation.
