Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, directed racially charged remarks at creator Mr. Blaq during a livestream rant about critics discussing his channel and online activity. The comments included repeated references to Mr. Blaq as “boy,” along with remarks about carrying bags and shining tires; language with a long history of racial degradation directed at Black men in the United States.

During the stream, ZeroDarkTony said:

“Don’t tell me about math on my fucking channels boy okay go get my bags make sure the fucking tires on my car are shiny”

The remarks were made while ZeroDarkTony complained about other creators criticizing his content, viewership, and streaming habits. Throughout the livestream, he repeatedly mocked critics as “hyenas,” “baboons,” and “morons” while singling out Mr. Blaq by name.

The stream framed the criticism against him as jealousy and obsession. But the repeated use of “boy” toward Mr. Blaq, combined with servitude imagery, became the clearest focus of the rant.
