Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, named a paying member of his channel audience during a June 5, 2026 YouTube livestream and stated that a person subject to an active TRO had placed that member’s name in a video title. D’Amato claimed this constituted interference with his income and stated he had already forwarded evidence to his attorney. He announced plans to report the conduct to the presiding judge and to police.
“He’s Not the Only One in That Household That’s Going to Get Sued”
D’Amato described the conduct on stream as targeting of paid channel members to intimidate them away from supporting him financially. He stated, “the respondent has decided again to target one of the members of my audience… this stalker wants to continue to violate and affect my income by targeting my members, not just audience, but paid members of my channel. And he is targeting them to try and intimidate them and scare them from supporting me.” He framed this as part of ongoing legal proceedings, citing a court date he referenced as “the 18th” and stating he had already sent materials to his attorney.
Later in the stream, D’Amato addressed a chatter identified by screen name as “Pren” (@prenfen9226), whom he characterized as a paying member being named in an opposing party’s video titles. He told the chatter directly that the matter had been forwarded to his attorney and would be raised with the judge. He also stated he would file a criminal report over the same conduct. D’Amato said of the respondent, “he’s not the only one in that household that’s going to get sued.”
On June 5, 2026, ZeroDarkTony named a paid channel member on stream and stated the respondent in an active TRO case would be reported to a judge and police for mentioning the member . . .
