Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, issued a series of legal threats during a July 20, 2026 YouTube livestream. D’Amato stated his intent to pursue court action and file legal documents if individuals did not stop referencing him online. He framed the statements as a final warning before escalation.

“I Will Go to Court and I Will Take My Peace”

D’Amato claimed on stream that the volume of posts and videos referencing him had reached into the hundreds. Describing the targets as “invisible idiots,” he stated he deserved peace and characterized his legal threats as a proportionate response to continued online attention. He did not name any specific individual, identify any specific legal claim, or specify what type of court action he intended to pursue. The core ultimatum, as delivered on stream: “if these invisible idiots want to continue down the line of not giving me my peace, then I will go to court and I will take my peace. And this is their last fucking warning. It’s their last warning. Leave me alone. Keep my name out of your mouth or or else. Right. Or else things will get served. Things will be filed.” D’Amato closed the segment by stating the unnamed parties could “go fuck yourselves and explain it to a judge,” adding that he knew “what the next steps are to repair this in a legal and final fashion.”

Exhibit A

Addressing unnamed critics directly, D’Amato tells them, “And you can go fuck yourselves and explain it to a judge.”

The clip captures D’Amato’s full ultimatum sequence, including the “or else” conditional demand, the references to court filings and service of process, and the closing reference to unspecified “next steps” in a “legal and final fashion.” No specific legal theory, claim type, or named respondent is identified at any point in the segment. The targets remain unnamed throughout. The broadcast record establishes that D’Amato publicly stated his intent to initiate legal proceedings against unidentified individuals as a condition of their continued online speech about him.
