Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, spent a sustained portion of an August 9, 2026 YouTube livestream describing the legal action he said he would take if a person he referred to as “Scott” filed suit against him. D’Amato named several individuals by first name or handle, including “Chee,” “David B.,” “Lisa B.,” and “Lara,” and stated on stream that each would be added to a countersuit or subpoenaed as witnesses. D’Amato explicitly framed the statements as conditional on Scott proceeding with litigation.
