Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, opened a September 18, 2026 YouTube livestream by announcing the death of a critic he identified as Alonzo. Celebrating Alonzo’s passing, D’Amato shared his “good news stating, “Well, the world is one
better than it was yesterday. Fuck Alonzo.” And justifying his stance by adding, “He is one of the people who literally tried to torture me and he’s a stalker and I don’t care.” He offered no confirmation that Alonzo had tortured him or stalked him, and this appears to be another one of Tony’s rants about someone who criticized him online.
Later in the same broadcast, D’Amato learned that a separate YouTube channel had been terminated. He claimed credit for the removal, stating that copyright strikes he filed caused it. The channel removed was HeroNotZero’s own channel, @heronotzeronetwork. The strikes and channel termination were confirmed to have all come from Anthony D’Amato.

D’Amato told his audience that he had been restrained in how he treated Alonzo and Jeffrey, referring to Jeffrey Augustine, framing himself as having taken the high road.
