“You Want the Belt, B****? Come Get It.”: ZeroDarkTony Shifts the Attorney Stalking Story and Predicts Violence Against Target

Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, used a July 25, 2026 YouTube livestream to allege that a person had followed his attorney from his office to his home and confronted him there. D’Amato stated he intended to send photographs of named suspects to his attorney for identification. The stream also included predictions of physical harm coming to Scott Hochstetter (DOA), and repeated warnings to audience members and perceived adversaries about subpoenas and criminal prosecution.

He had stated his intent to pursue John Doe lawsuits as a result of the alleged stalking the night before, casting blame on “invisible assholes,” but seemed to shift the story by this stream.

“One of These Days, Somebody You’re Going to Cross Paths with the Wrong Person”

D’Amato described what he characterized as an escalating harassment campaign against himself and his legal team. He claimed on stream that someone had staked out his attorney’s office, followed him home, and told the attorney: “I know who you are. You represent that child molesting piece of shit.” He asserted this constituted an attempt to intimidate the attorney into withdrawing from representation. He also described seeing drones near his location and stated he believed he was under physical surveillance. Addressing DOA, D’Amato offered a prediction: “One of these days, somebody you’re going to… you’re going to fucking cross paths with the wrong person, my man. And you’re going to cross paths with someone who’s a thousand times more violent than you are and they are going to teach you the lesson of your life.” He then said the person he called “Chee’s husband” matched the description his attorney gave of the individual who had followed him.

D’Amato states he has screenshots of critics tagging each other “saying how they’re going to get me” and says he will “shove that so far up your fucking ass” in a courtroom context. He then pivots to Scott specifically and predicts: “You’re going to cross paths with someone who’s a thousand times more violent than you are and they are going to teach you the lesson of your life.” 

D’Amato explains that subpoena power through civil court will allow him to obtain identifying information about critics and present it alongside “the drones and the stalking” to a judge and a detective. He then states on stream that someone followed his attorney home to a residence where the attorney’s children live, describes it as an attempt at intimidation, and tells his audience: “You better back the fuck up off of me.” D’Amato frames both the lawsuit and the stalking allegation as parts of the same documented course of conduct he intends to place before the court.

D’Amato states on stream that the description “matches Chee’s husband, just on a side note, I don’t know if that’s the case or not,” and separately that the description “also matches Scott’s investigator.” He then announces he will send photographs of both named suspects to his attorney for the attorney to identify or rule out, stating: “I’m going to send a photo of Roger to my attorney to see if it was him. Hopefully it’s not.” D’Amato explicitly hedges both identifications as unconfirmed while framing the photo-sending as a verification step rather than a confirmed accusation.

D’Amato states: “They’re going to push it until someone gets hurt, they want someone to get hurt mainly me,” and frames the warrant consequence as a conditional that would follow from harm to himself. He also tells critics: “I would back the fuck off of me and tell some of your little fucking numb nuts to leave people alone.” The statement attributes future law enforcement action to a hypothetical harm scenario.

D’Amato says: “Don’t do it to any of them. Do it to me. And I don’t give a fuck. I’ll protect myself. You want the belt, bitch? Come get it.” The framing redirects the alleged surveillance activity from third parties toward himself and states he would respond by defending himself. The clip shows confrontational language directed at an unidentified party.

D’Amato states that if his attorney does not identify the person in the photograph, “the conversation’s over about those guys,” but says that if there is a match, “you’re going to jail.” He explicitly states his purpose is to clear individuals who do not match, as if not solely to implicate them. This clip is the stated rationale for the photo-sending announced in Exhibit C.

D’Amato states he does not want to pursue that route but says “I’ll do what I have to do to protect myself,” then tells unidentified critics: “Whoever did it, you should be very concerned about your freedom. And I hope you have a lawyer.” The clip documents D’Amato asserting litigation capability as a deterrent while also expressing a preference not to escalate. Both the deterrent framing and the stated reluctance are present in the same passage.
