“Your Families Are Going to See What You Are”: D’Amato Warns Jen De Leon and others of Subpoenas and Exposure

Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, named multiple individuals by name and announced plans to subpoena their spouses during a June 24, 2026 Rumble livestream entitled “HEALING FREQUENCY 528Hz.” D’Amato stated he had already obtained a five-year restraining order against his prior target and framed the announced subpoenas and lawsuits as the next phase of that legal effort. 

“Any single one of you in that chat that has mentioned a husband or a wife? They’re getting subpoenaed.”

D’Amato directed extended remarks at a chatter he identified as Jen De Leon, stating he intended to subpoena her husband and have process papers served at his workplace if necessary. He then broadened the scope, saying any chatter in the chat who had a spouse mentioned would also be subpoenaed. D’Amato stated on stream that the purpose was to ask questions such as who pays the internet bill and to potentially amend his complaint based on the answers. He also stated that the legal action would expose chatters to their families and households, telling Jen De Leon directly: “your husband is going to find out that you’ve been giving money to this fucking clown. And then what’s he going to say? Because once this all happens, you all are exposed. Your families are going to see what you are.” D’Amato also named Sunshine, Mossad, Babbo, Little Johnny “Oops,” the AI twins, and “Fraudie,” saying: “Is Fraudie married? Does Fraudie have like a family life, you know? Imagine when a process server comes knocking on that door.” He described himself to the chat as “the ghost of Christmas past, motherfucker.”
