On the eve of his probation check in with the judge, Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, spent a substantial portion of a July 30, 2026 YouTube livestream asking his audience to submit cybercrime reports to UK and Netherlands law-enforcement portals against two individuals he referred to as “DOS” and “Shell” (also known as “Elphaba”). He announced his intention to issue copyright strikes against Shell’s YouTube channel and stated that law-enforcement involvement was now inevitable. “Shell’s” channel @ElphabaGreenx has been dormant for at least 3 months. DOS is his former moderator that has exposed Tony’s prior behavior toward her and had proof he had been served when he claimed he was not.
“If there’s more than one report, there will be arrests”
D’Amato shared reporting links in the stream and instructed viewers on how to frame their submissions. He told them to note that the targets “are part of a group” so that authorities would “get warrants for every single one of their communications.” He predicted visible results within ten days. He also stated he would be noting his own disability and mental health treatment status in any reports he filed personally. (He has employed this tactic before, such as when he reported another critic to the Slidell police and portrayed himself as “handicapped and afraid.”)
During this segment, chat participant @Pippie807 had been asking D’Amato to post the cybercrime links to his community page, but he said he would not be posting them there. @Pippie807, also known as Lori from Minnesota, has claimed to have made multiple reports to law enforcement on D’Amato’s targets.
D’Amato separately addressed his critics directly, telling them that “law enforcement will get involved” and that the targets would be viewed as terrorists by the authorities. He characterized Shell as “bitter and mentally ill and obsessed” with him and stated she was “ugly to the bone.” He then disclosed, without transition, that he experiences daily suicidal ideation, attributing it directly to his critics’ conduct.
