Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, announced during a June 9, 2026 YouTube livestream that he had obtained access to a Discord server he called “HNZ-Newsroom” and attributed its exposure to a person he named as “Johnny.” D’Amato stated on stream that he intended to subpoena the server’s contents and every member in it, and claimed to have emailed screenshots to detectives. He also stated his intent to pursue civil suit, restraining orders, and criminal charges against individuals in the server.

D’Amato framed the Discord server’s discovery as a pivotal legal turning point, telling his audience the disclosure was a mistake by Johnny and that all members of the server were now exposed. He described two options for those affected: come forward voluntarily or face subpoena.
