Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, directed a series of statements at a minor identified as Solomon during a May 30, 2024 YouTube livestream. D’Amato issued an explicit legal threat against Solomon’s parents, made repeated sexual references about Solomon’s mother as a stated provocation, and described the minor as vulnerable to predators while alone on the streets at night. D’Amato also claimed on stream to have filed law enforcement reports against a separate individual, distinguishing them as “charges” rather than allegations.
“I’m Talking About Fucking His Mom and I Can Do That”
D’Amato stated on stream that Solomon had threatened to file a police report against him. In response, D’Amato told his audience that if Solomon followed through, “your parents will be in court with me for the next fucking eight years. And I will take their house.” He then stated that his ongoing sexual commentary about Solomon’s mother was deliberate: “I’ll talk about it more since I know it bothers you. That’s why I’m doing it because you’re a soft little boy.” D’Amato also claimed Solomon’s family did not care about him and that the people who did were “predators… in your chat that are telling you how handsome you are.” Later in the same stream, D’Amato described Solomon as “a delicious predator’s meal,” alone in a city at night, and said: “If I’m a psychotic predator who wants a little boy… I’m going to get him.” D’Amato framed this as a safety warning, but paired it with the explicit predator imagery quoted above. Separately, D’Amato addressed commentary about an individual referred to as “Derek,” claiming: “There are no allegations. These are charges. They’re beyond allegations… I’ve already fucking filed the reports with law enforcement.”
