Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, devoted a substantial portion of an August 31, 2026 YouTube livestream to discussing active and anticipated legal proceedings against multiple individuals. He stated his intention to subpoena a person he identified as Becky, described a separate target as heading toward a two-year jail sentence, and announced that a copyright strike had been filed that day and would serve as evidence in litigation.
“She Should Have Never Called Me That, But She Will Be Brought into Court”
D’Amato’s stated basis for subpoenaing Becky was her having called him a “PDF” on her public program. He framed the subpoena as both unavoidable and retaliatory: “She should have never called me that, but she will be brought into court. Period.” He went on to describe Becky’s account as already placed “on the list of subpoenas” and said his team would pull videos from that account. He acknowledged uncertainty about her ultimate status in the proceedings: “I’m not quite sure yet whether we’re going to make her a respondent so that she gets sued, right? Or if she’ll be a witness. But one way or the other, she’s going in the pool with everybody else.” On the separate matter, D’Amato predicted a criminal sentence and framed Scott as solely responsible for “hundreds of thousands of dollars of city resources being wasted.” He also referenced a restraining order he stated he had obtained, saying the judge in that proceeding “saw the lies.” He further invoked the Cassie v. Diddy civil case as an analogy for how civil proceedings can precede and feed into criminal charges, applying that framework to his own situation. Regarding the copyright strike, D’Amato stated: “I issued a copyright strike to one of the dumbasses who continues to put my videos up and use my content and interfere with my income with slander, false light, harassment,” and described the strike as something “which will be evidence.”
