20260224-APEX Legends _ ZDT CHILLSTREAM WELCOME NEW SUBS, 30K SOON, ALL THE WAY UP [ZeroDarkTony]

“I don’t threaten to unalive people.”

In a February 23, 2026 livestream, Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, told his audience he feared for his life, describing “Krackhead Kenny” as a violent criminal capable of carrying out a threat, while insisting that he himself is not a violent person. That framing conflicts with documented footage from a prior broadcast, where D’Amato himself threatened to kill the same individual.

The stream continues a pattern: D’Amato portrays his target as dangerous and criminal while minimizing his own record and conduct. In this instance, he explicitly denies having a violent history—while acknowledging an expunged record (for domestic violence/corporal injury to a partner)—at the same time he escalates claims that his rival poses a lethal threat.

ZDT claimed to be in fear for his life and characterized the situation as criminal in nature, citing three alleged felonies and possible court action. Notably, there were repeated solicitations for fundraising through Venmo and Cash App under the “Justice for ZDT Fund,” while chat logs confirm at least $100 in gifted memberships by viewers.

Across the analyzed clips, legal escalation, personal attacks, and dehumanizing language are recurring themes. At a critical point, ZDT informs his audience that he believes his rival capable of carrying out a threat to “unalive” him, while also denigrating those involved as “terrorists” and “animals” and previewing adverse professional and legal consequences for them.

Exhibits

Exhibit A – Claim of Fear vs. Denial of Violent Record

D’Amato states:

“I don’t threaten to unalive people and I am in fear for my life… I believe that said individual can absolutely carry out that threat… I don’t have a violent record. I have an expunged record…”

This is the core framing presented to viewers:

  • the rival is dangerous, violent, and capable of killing
  • D’Amato positions himself as non-violent

The statements are delivered together, creating a clear contrast between himself and the unnamed target, who he describes as a gang-affiliated individual with a violent history.

Within the same segment, D’Amato escalates the characterization further, calling the individual mentally ill and asserting a pattern of criminal behavior.

During the same general segment, viewer chat activity (for example, a surge in gifting memberships as noted with user 86GOPFOREVER) suggests that this heightened rhetoric may catalyze supportive responses from the audience.

Exhibit B — Criminal Framing and Escalation

D’Amato describes the rival as an animal, not a human being, as well as:

“a terrorist… a piece of garbage… who threatens people’s lives, which is a felony… a total pattern of behavior… he’s committed three felonies…”

Here, D’Amato moves beyond insult into explicit criminal framing. He presents the rival as:

  • habitually violent
  • legally culpable
  • facing inevitable court consequences

These claims are delivered as statements of fact to a live audience, without supporting evidence presented in the stream itself.

This segment is characterized by particularly dehumanizing language, repeated assertions of criminal conduct, and declarations of irreversible legal jeopardy for the rival. ZDT claims a “total pattern of behavior” that will result in criminal—not civil—action. There are also statements about related parties (appears to be referring to David B) losing jobs due to alleged involvement. The tone and content reflect a strategy of public shaming and anticipation of legal vindication, while also reinforcing the emotional intensity for viewers.

Exhibit C – Pattern of Dehumanization

In this segment, D’Amato states he has a several thousand-dollar couch:

“someone who… sits in a shit smelling chair… with… mold and bed bugs… I am more black than that motherfucker…”

This evidence displays a persistent pattern of humiliation and dehumanization, including comments about race and hygiene. The language borders on harassment as ZDT seeks to elevate himself relative to his target, reflecting the intensity of animosity that pervades much of the stream.

Exhibit D — Prior Threat Contradicts Current Claims

Evidence

In a prior broadcast, D’Amato stated:

Boy I would snap your motherfucking neck if you fucking come up to me and talk that shit. I’d snap your neck like a fucking twig, bitch.”

And he added in this clip: “I will execute you.” “Come near my daughter. I’ll execute you,” D’Amato said. He elaborated: “I will absolutely fucking murder you right on the fucking spot.” This contradicts his claim in Exhibit A that: “I don’t threaten to unalive people…”
