APEX Legends – ZDT CHILLSTREAM NOT ROGER, COOKIN’, PULLMERIAS [ZeroDarkTony] / July 25, 2026 / YouTube / Oob-I8qUzdo

Follow-up to D’Amato’s prior announcement of legal action; the story of who is responsible appears to have changed between broadcasts.

Anthony R. D’Amato, Jr., also known as ZeroDarkTony, disclosed on his July 25, 2026 YouTube livestream that an unidentified person had followed his lawyer from his office to his home, where the lawyer’s children live. The disclosure came the day after D’Amato announced on stream that he would proceed with John Doe lawsuits tied to the same incident. On this broadcast, the framing around who was responsible had shifted noticeably from that prior announcement.

“Someone Followed My Lawyer to His House Where His Children Live”

D’Amato stated on stream, “Someone followed my lawyer to his house where his children live from his office. So that’s what happened.” The prior broadcast, documented at HeroNotZero (“You’ve Hit the Final F***ing Trip Wire”: D’Amato Announces Legal Action Over Alleged Attorney Stalking by Unidentified “John Does” – HERO / NOT / ZERO), attributed the alleged stalking to “invisible idiots,” framing the responsible parties as unknown. On the July 25 stream, D’Amato moved from that framing toward discussion of named rivals, including a figure identified as “Roger” (Chee’s husband) and references to an investigator connected to DOA, another rival, according to the broadcast transcript. The shift is notable in context: D’Amato had stated the night before that the stalking incident was the reason he would proceed with litigation. The relationship between the named individuals and the alleged stalking is not established in the clip. D’Amato did not state on stream that any named person was responsible for following his lawyer. The change in framing, from anonymous actors to named rivals, occurred within a single broadcast cycle after he announced a legal fund-connected litigation decision.

Exhibit A

D’Amato tells the stream, “Someone followed my lawyer to his house where his children live from his office. So that’s what happened,” delivering the statement as a matter-of-fact update before the conversation moved on.

D’Amato does not identify a suspect in this clip. The clip establishes that D’Amato characterized the incident to his live audience as a confirmed event, one day after citing it as the trigger for proceeding with John Doe litigation. The full video record spanning both the July 24 and July 25 broadcasts documents a trajectory: an incident attributed to anonymous actors, a same-night announcement of litigation, and then a broadcast in which ZeroDarkTony accused completely different named individuals.
